Sharing Our Writing

In Room 6 we are learning to share our writing with a buddy. The children are learning to give a warm fuzzy about what they have heard. It may be something they liked, or thought was funny, or found interesting. Have a look at Israa, Ruby, Milly & Coco in action.

Lions Play

The Lions reading group has worked extremely hard  to learn a play off by heart. Have a look at them in action! A big thank you to Jazz & Kia  for working so hard with them - you have done a great job!

Folk Dancing Celebration

A big thank you to all the parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters who made it to our folk dancing celebration.  The children had such a great day showing you all they have been learning in P.E this term. We have such a fantastic community! It makes me feel very lucky to be a part of it.

Gymnastics 2012

Wow - what a great day we all had at the Christchurch School of Gymnastics! it was great to see all of Room 6 having a fantastic time. We have some budding gymnasts in our class!

Folk Dancing

Today was our first Folk Dancing lesson, Room 6 taught the whole junior school the 'Carnovilito" a traditional folk dance from Bolivia. Miss Scadden was so proud of what great 'experts' they all were. Well done Layton for being such a fantastic leader!
